We recently ventured up to Flagstaff. I haven't been up north in years and I was not sure where to go, what to do and what to see. I started looking through Yelp to help me get an idea of places to eat in the area. I found a place called Mix that had great reviews, the images of the food looked great and there was food that everyone in my family would eat. We headed out to the unknown and planned to try a new restaurant.
I am not typically one to try new things. I am kind of set in my ways and I like to go to places that are familiar. Although everything sounded great about Mix, I wasn't sure a new place, a new menu, and new food. We arrived to the location where Mix was located and I loved the area! There were cute little shops and a very open place to eat. The appearance of this place was great and it sucked me in right away!
We ordered a few different items off the menu. My daughter ate her entire meal before I had one pancake finished. She devoured everything on her plate! My husband ordered an omelet for breakfast and I went with my favorite, blueberry pancakes and bacon. The price of the food was very affordable, the appearance of the food was great, and I loved being able to see the kitchen where everything was prepared and cooked to order! The food tasted great and we loved it so much that we decided to go back the next day for lunch. We were not disappointed yet again and Mix has been added to our list of places we need to visit up north.
If you haven't eaten at Mix, my family and I highly recommend it! The ambiance, the food, the prices...everything was great for our family of 4!
