The West Valley Fair & Music Festival kicks off its inaugural year on the GREAT LAWN of the University of Phoenix Stadium. Universal Fairs, the production company that has brought the Chandler Chamber Ostrich Festival to the people of the East side of the Valley for the past 7 years have now started a “Safe, Clean & Family Friendly event” on the West Side of town!
The West Valley Fair & Music Festival will feature a plethora of your favorite family attractions and shows including The Rhinestone Trick Roper, Hambone Express Pig Races, large Exotic Petting Zoo, Exotic Bird Show, Flores Family Thrill Show [Consisting of Wheel of Destiny and the Globe of Death]
The West Valley Fair & Music Festival will be chalked full of your favorite State Fair Carnival Rides provided by Butler Amusements. There will be commercial vendors, Knockerballs, Inflatables, Water balls, Pony Rides, Camel Rides and much more. Also don’t miss out on Food Alley! It is always a popular destination for delicious carnival food favorites, including Funnel Cakes, Deep fried everything, corn dogs, Saratoga chips, turkey legs, everything on a stick and much much more!
MUSIC!! We will have 3 jammed packed nights of Main Stage music entertainment consisting of:
Friday Night – THREE DOG NIGHT
Saturday Night – JOHN MICHAEL MONTGOMERY & Glendale’s very own – Ashley Wineland
Sunday Night – TROPICALISIMO APACHE
In addition to the main stage music we will have the Anderson Institute of Music’s Community Stage. This stage will be full of local bands, soloist, dance groups and demo teams for all 3 days. We are happy to have some on the best and brightest future stars entertaining us with their skill and youthful joy!
Last but certainly not least, Laura Marano, the star of the hit Disney TV Show “Austin & Ally” will be at the festival for a Meet & Greet that is open to the public [Saturday 11:30a - 4:30p].
Discounted TICKETS can be purchased in advance at all area Food City Grocery Stores. Food City is the only place in town for the $20 [$25 at the event] all you can ride carnival pass and the Family Fun Pack [Save 20 % at Food City opposed to onsite] which consist of 2- Adult Tickets, 2 – Youth Tickets & 2 – All Day Ride Wristbands!
The West Valley Fair’s hours are Friday, March 18 - 2p – 12a, Saturday, March 19 - 10a – 12a, and Sunday, March 20 – 10a – 11p. The Festival will be held at University of Phoenix Stadium on the Great Lawn - 1 Cardinals Dr, Glendale, AZ 85305
